The winter is long, So i enjoyed most of these tips via Jacquelyn Smith at Forbes (although I wouldn’t advise paying attention to Forbes Tech-writing, it’s often terrible).
It’s important to think about how you work, and to think about how certain seasons change that, so even if you disagree with her tips, you should take a moment to think about things you already know you can to feel better and do better at work.
I’m not a fan of her “stay late” tip. Most people do better work in the morning, and staying late would just be a waste, besides less family time. Even more important, I think the early-darkness puts an extra damper on working late, while working late in the summer is nice since it’s still sunny. Just my thoughts.
